#144 Maureen I so agree with what you say. I can see what China is doing trying to get as many Pandas into the wild as pobissle but, as you say, there are so many other factors involved in this. You can't just plonk animals (or people for that matter) somewhere without knowledge of their behaviour and needs.People all over the world need to know how endangered these gorgeous creatures are. I have discovered that although people are aware that Pandas need our help they are not aware of exactly how few there are. In fact they are quite shocked. Many don't realise that, apart from the huge number of people killed or made homeless by the earthquake in China last year, the wild Panda population may have been almost wiped out. Once they realise this, then they are more willing to help. The work that the SDZ and other Zoos do is brilliant, but it's getting that info out to people that's so difficult. I only found this website because my husband knew about the Zoo and, as I was looking for animal webcams to look at, he suggested this one (this was almost 2 years ago now). He was interested to see how the SDZ was doing because he has one of the first computer CD's from the SDZ : The Animals Explore The World's Most Exciting Multimedia Zoo' from 1992! It's actually sitting on the table right in front of me. Compared to America the UK is tiny, but we still have around 60 million people (and not enough room for all of us!) and I do try to tell people about the SDZ.Oh dear, I seem to have gone into serious mode this morning! I see that Bai and little cubbie are still inside at the moment. There's still time to play outside

I've received this scam two days in a row. The first time I did click on the atanchmett, but there was nothing intelligible there and my antivirus software scolded me and killed it. Note that the syntax is very poor (for example procedure and conditions of parcels keeping and Thank you for attention ), suggesting foreign origin.
