If anyone derveess the blame for mentally ill people not getting any treatment, it's our beloved politicians, from ALL political Parties, who closed down the mental health facilities, dumped all the patients on the street, and cut spending on MH to a tiny percentage of what was needed. Why? Because the mentally ill have no political power, unlike ethnic minorities,or gays. The mentally ill have no spokesmen, no advocates, and are kept in the figurative attic, powerless. It takes an act of violence or extreme acting out before anyone is even considered for one of the very few beds in a psych ward, and when they are admitted, are drugged almost comatose, seen by a psychiatrist if they're lucky, and dumped back on the street ASAP.So, once in a while, the statistics catch up with society, and one person who should be in an institution goes apeshit, and we get this. Then the politicians and the usual suspects try to place blame on everyone BUT the people responsible, the politicians who voted to cut MH care costs.

Hey, Adam, don't you think the freshwater alrgens of SJ would be better served by the State eliminating the trout stocking and focusing instead on enhancing the habitat and numbers of those species more natural to the region, like bass, crappie, and pickeral? Trout (and trout stamps) don't fit in slow-moving, warmer blackwater, except that the State can make a few extra bucks by convincing spring and fall Saturday alrgens that they're really fishing with fly-rods and nymphs in the fast moving streamwaters of upstate New York.

I want to express my aparicipteon to you just for bailing me out of this particular challenge. Because of browsing throughout the internet and seeing proposals that were not beneficial, I assumed my life was done. Being alive without the presence of approaches to the difficulties you have solved by means of the review is a serious case, as well as ones which might have negatively damaged my career if I had not discovered your website. Your main knowledge and kindness in handling all things was vital. I don't know what I would've done if I hadn't encountered such a thing like this. I can at this time look ahead to my future. Thank you so much for the skilled and results-oriented help. I will not be reluctant to propose your web site to anyone who needs guidance about this subject.

I want to start with the statement that I am besaid based on my current career path, but I am wary of stereotyping consultants. I have seen consultants that were used as a tool of management to tell the company that the boss is right, however, in my current position, I see a big problem coming from the lack of management and staff to support the changes that consultants are trying to lead (lead, not force). It often seems almost like sabotage along the thought lines of if they (consultants) can make the process better in a short time, and I couldn't in 10 years, they're going to make me look bad. Consultants, just like any software package, new machine, or process, should be installed with a specific focus in mind before they are ever used/hired. With that specific focus it will make the results much easier to evaluate, did the new purchase meet the desired result? if not, PDCA again.
