Anything is possible, but tpylcaily flowers are sent to the funeral home by the family and/or by those sending their condolences/remembrances. The family decides whether to move (have the funeral home move) some or all of those flowers to the grave site for the burial ceremony.

Hey Jess, excellent post!I think it's relaly great when people share their experiences of what has helped them. Like you i found it relaly difficult to express myself to professionals who often didn't seem very young person friendly and so i wrote everything down. I think my first letter to the GP was about 4 pages long! Luckily she was very nice and read the whole thing and then tried to do what she could for me from there. Also if you don't connect with or have issues with the first GP you speak to it is definitely worth shopping around until you find someone you feel more comfortable with-it makes a huge difference!I agree with what you say about medication too, over the past 6 or 7 years i've been on a whopping 14 and have finally found something that works well for me..i know i had to go through a LOT more meds than most people but it's worth remembering not to give up hope if the first one or two don't seem to help you.
