well no not really how is it a ovciaeretron ?? the video clearly shows a bus and a car meaning there may of been other injuries too.. so ok say they only sent like 1 ambulance and a fire engine and maybe 2 police cars right but then they relised that they where more injuries so that would mean calling for more units to respond what would you say then ??.. OMG what a poor reaction from the emergency services would you ehhh gee man what else do you want from them .

There is more than 50km from any city with PD/FD or ambulance. Not a fly waheetr for ambulance helicopter. Why you think nobody call them?And in this situation there is no possibility to help injured 'cause the may have broken bones or neck you rather kill him not help. And i such a temperatire they will be frozen in any way
