I fell in love with the iPhone also. Both the Apple fanboy in me and the molbie fanboy. I understand the decision to skip 3G in the first generation version but Jobs reason for not having 3G was the effect it has on battery life. That does not sound as an solid argument. A lot of the 3G handsets available have better cameras than the iPhone, video functionality which the iPhone lacks for some reason and they all have good battery life and they are all even smaller and lighter than the iPhone. The only conclusion I got was that Steve Jobs maybe did not want to point his finger at the carriers and instead blamed hardware which would improve in future versions. The thing I really love about the iPhone is that itb4s developed from the software point of view which Apple excel at instead of the hardware point of view (apart from the multi-touch screen of course) which the regular big boys like SonyEricsson, Samsung and Nokia have all nailed to the smallest detail. There are much more powerful, ergonomic and feature packed phones out there, but they donb4t looks and work as cool.Sign me up.

I do apologize for rlnypieg in English, don't know Hebrew but could read all the info via Google Translate The problem with the length of the name is not due to the Icelandic naming regulation, it is due to the fact that the computer system that was installed many years ago didn't accept more than 31 characters. This made the government officials ban people to use above 31 characters. The only substitute is using only the first letter as Guy mentioned above.I know this sounds very stupid (it is) but this has been a problem for a long time but will be fixed soon since it is most likely illegal.Being Icelandic I do like the fact that we don't use family names. This gives each individual the option of becoming something by his own but not because he belongs to the Jonsson family or something like that. Family names where used in Iceland by rich immigrants that ruled a lot the business in Iceland before we became indepented. Those names still exist with some individuals but we couldn't care at all. Some form of Icelandic family names also have been used as with Laxness, Eldje1rn etc. but people will always have to use their parents name as well (people can choose between using your fathers or mothers name in your last name. By default fathers name is added to your name but it can be changed. So if my mothers name was Helga then I would be Helguson (the name to Helgu Helga changes according to Icelandic Grammar).a0

Another situation with qunitsoes that also needs to be guarded against is asking qunitsoes only until we get the answer we want. This type of manipulation can be done without being overly suggestive in how the question is asked. At the moment, the associates will feel like the idea is theirs, but ownership will be lost in the long run as associates realize they were manipulated through the questioning. Also, it is important to continue asking qunitsoes even if the associate's answer is correct. That allows them to think deeper and to understand the Whys behind their answer not just the Whats . However, if a leader is known to be manipulative in their questioning as above, they will become suspicious of the qunitsoes and the learning opportunities are lost.
