Gas miliage pertty much goes with engine size and performance. While the 883 is big and has good miliage for the size, it only puts out a puny 40hp. A modern bike half that size can easily put out the same horsepower and get better miliage. Gas miliage is no reason to buy a bike. Some cars get almost as good and they haul alot more stuff and they are better in weather.Ally from the artical you linked.>>>Harley Davidson XL88. This motorcycle comes with a V-twin engine that is all-aluminum. The engine can give you 44.8 horse power. It's made the list of the best gas mileage motorcycles because it gets an average of 55 miles per gallon. Not only is it fuel efficient, but it has more power than many other motorcycles that are on the market.

Sure elainie :-) These days I work a 60 hour week and with the kids to feed too I'm prtety busy! My breakfast is a few raw organic pastured eggs and 3 big ripe bananas, some almond milk or rice milk and vanilla delicious smoothie. If I have time, poached eggs and fruit like melon until I'm stuffed. Morning snack is usually macadamia nuts or more fruit if I feel like it. Lunch is usually a fatty fish like salmon, along with vegetables and pastured organic butter, and some raw salad. Sometimes I grab some sushi -- I'm not strict paleo so I don't worry about a bit of white rice. If I get hungry in the afternoon, or have a big workout planned, I eat some bananas. Dinner is a good portion of meat such as steamed chicken or fish. I have around a 350 gram portion because I am male and do weight training. I always have a good size bowl of steamed vegetables and butter, or a large salad. Since dinner is low carb, I never shy away from soem sweet fruit later in the evening, like berries or cantaloupe. To answer the other question.. Meat (and fish) can be terrible quality at some places here, but at the same time you can get top quality if you look around. The worst is the mainstream supermarkets. I get top quality free-range/grassfed chicken and other meats, and wild fish from markets and specialty shops. We are lucky here because freerange' is very popular now! GD Star Ratingloading...
