Hi Amanda, It's all about your lens and watching how the light falls. Taking lots and lots of pics and ptrcaicing as much as you can will definately help. Also investing in a good, sharp lens that stops down to 1.8 or 1.4.Happy snapping! x

You look so chic and demure as alyaws, lady! Very sophisticated in black! The box the shoes came in is incredible. Is that a real bow or is that just printed graphics on the box? Be careful when you wear them, they do look super slippery. Slippery shoes scare me too! xxxx

OMG, I went to high school in Germany and in 7th grade eenvyore started out with French. "Allo! C'est Philippe Ledoux?" was the very first soundbite our Teacher Frau Ruehl presented us with on day one. We had to listen to it over and over, accompanied by not the written words but a slideshow illustrating the conversation. To this day (31 years later) that dialogue is still burned into my memory, lol!

Oh you're too kind Barb. Thankyou so much for joining in today and I think I've mangaed my first day of submissions to the G+ ColorMe Weekly page ok. But it will take time - lots of time to get much interest on that page.G + is a sharp learning curve but the most amazing place for photographers once you figure a few things out about the place. I've discovered that there is little interaction when it's all blog posts .....that's all I used to do. The photography community want us to post photographs there - a bit like flickr. I also add my shop url and my blog post url to some of the posts - but always make sure that it's the photo that takes centre stage so that when the viewer clicks on the post the photo shows in the large lightbox.I do find it hard just now keeping up with the circles - I think over 100 have added me today alone - and I've hardly got time to check their profiles - so it can be quite time consuming at first.I think I'll do some blog posts on the subject. :)........time permitting.I love those clematis seedheads - especially as they get older and get even fluffier with a sprinkling of frost. Lovely fresh colours in your palette aswell.

Tyler - So, I proposed to my fneicae Rosie about a month ago, and we finally had our first real materialization of our plans to get married. This came in the form of an engagement photo shoot down at the exquisite Lavender Festival. Rosie won a contest for free couples shots, courtesy of Beka and Craig Schott of Mod Photography. These are the most amazing photos I have ever seen of myself, and they brought the beauty I see in my Fiancee out for the world to see. These two are truly amazing artists, with vision and skill in abundance. I can't recommend them enough for ANY photography that needs to be done. Ty
