Really wanted to do the sqatus and sprints but was there for 6.30 so sports class it was and a very good one too was glad I did it after didn't think I'd be able for the 2k row or the pistols but did those with a band and 25kg for the hang cleans def could've gone heavier on these great workout though 17.29. Well done to Tom, Anna and Ronan at 6.30 too.

bas doubt is doubt, EVERYTHING is included or it's not what it is! Layal, doubt is a gift, use it wseliy, never doubt for the sake of doubting or enjoying it, even though it can be fun, doubt for the sake of seeking an logical answer or till you find peace in something to believe in at the same time, never go too far in doubt, it can be lead to DESPAIR!!!! What a pluerase to find someone who thinks through the issues
