Homemade Pita Bread I love pita bread, but I never buy it because I can never find a brand that I like. And, I very rarley make bread at home, but these look so fluffy and delicious that I might just have to whip up a batch! If you're following nourishing traditions principles, make sure you soak your flour to help with digestion.

I totally agree with you, and I'm linveag a similar comment on my post to challenge sites who allow the same thing. My time is as important as that of the challenge. I like to always comment at least on the challenge's page, but I prefer to use my time in entering more challenges or working on new projects. I hope you don't mind if I use your image.
