Hey, Adam, don't you think the freshwater agernls of SJ would be better served by the State eliminating the trout stocking and focusing instead on enhancing the habitat and numbers of those species more natural to the region, like bass, crappie, and pickeral? Trout (and trout stamps) don't fit in slow-moving, warmer blackwater, except that the State can make a few extra bucks by convincing spring and fall Saturday agernls that they're really fishing with fly-rods and nymphs in the fast moving streamwaters of upstate New York.

Hi Juliet,Thanks for the comment. I don't have an easy aneswr for your question. When it comes to competition, you will want to employ the tools that provide the best results while at the same time minimizing risk of injury. There are so many factors that go into what you would or would not wear for the sport you participate in. My suggestion is to do the majority of your training as close to barefoot as possible to strengthen your entire body through the feet. When it comes to competition, it is more about personal preference. If you feel you get the traction and support to move at the speeds you desire without shoes, or with minimalist shoes then great. If you get better traction and support with trainers or cleats, then great. Shoes are a tool and it comes down to picking the right tool for the job. Jesse James Retherford

Thank you fred. I just hope the residents hear the truth. They have been lied to by so many they do not trust those who try to get into ociffe. Abuse of the voters has become the norm. Morristown is broke. If taxes go up in 2010 I am aware that so many will not be able to pay and stay. We are over taxed here. We do need a tax revolution like our great leaders staged so many years ago. The more things change, the more they stay the same. Will people wake up? Will they just get fooled again? The biggest problem in mortiseown? The voters to not know what is really going on. They have no idea how bad the spending and budget problems are . When the bills come they will find out! Could one person solve all of them? With the help of the community and some sacriface I belive so. But it has to be done now! We can't lose any more time or rack up anymore debt.
