Hi Seth,Great Work! I have been involved in craft beer for more than 12 years in NYC borefe there were all of these beer bars! I opened with my brother David Copperfield's House of Beer in 1998 and the Hop Devil Southwestern Grill & Beer Bar in 05. Anyway, I loved episode one. I just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed it. I remember when we opened our first beer bar and people told us it wouldn't work. That NYC wasn't a beer town. We told them we would make it a beer town. While we certainly don't deserve all of the credit it amazes me how much it has grown. Now we have tons of competition. Just amazing.
